Vasan Food Products LLP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is the prior User / Owner of the brand “Kerala TastevilleTM” and the website www.keralatasteville.com. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains our order policy and how we endeavour to meet our shipping and delivery commitments towards the orders placed by you on our website. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- Order Policy
- Customers are required to place their orders exclusively through www.keralatasteville.com . Please note that only orders with minimum value of Rs 500/- would be processed.
- At present, our delivery services are limited to the following areas: to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane s. However, upon special request and with full payment of shipping charges, we can make arrangements to ship orders to any other domestic location within India or foreign location as per customer preference.
- For all South Indian Sweets, we kindly request the customers to place their orders at least 3 (Three) days in advance of their desired delivery date. This will allow us to prepare and deliver your sweets with the utmost freshness and quality. .
- Shipping Charges
a. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order and your shipping address.
b. The shipping cost associated with your order will be clearly displayed and itemized during the checkout process before you proceed to confirm and place your order.
c. Please note that you will have the opportunity to review and accept the shipping costs before finalizing your order.
- Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on to the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email or message. This confirmation will include details such as the items in your order, shipping information, and a tracking number if applicable. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
- Shipping Address
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their shipping address provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
- We shall not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- c. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to charge any additional shipping fees incurred due to address change requested by the customer.
- Delivery
We will make every effort to process and fulfil all orders placed within 3 to 4 days of receiving the order for the current 3 locations stated above. However, in the event of an inventory shortage or delay in delivery, we commit to promptly notifying you through email or whatsapp, providing the necessary information and updates.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: In the event that your order is lost in transit or not delivered within a reasonable time frame, we kindly request that you promptly contact our customer support team. Upon notification, we will initiate an investigation to track the shipment and expedite its delivery. If the shipment cannot be located or a reasonable solution cannot be achieved despite our best efforts, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Damaged Shipments: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In an unlikely event that your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the contents, we urge you to , take photos of the damaged items and packaging s and contact our customer support team promptly within 6 hours of delivery. We are committed to working closely with you to swiftly address and resolve the issue.
