  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, which may vary depending on your payment provider. 
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Exclusions

We do not offer refunds to you for the following reasons:

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with purchase of products from us are generally considered as non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances where the need for refund arises due to an error on our part such as incorrect product being shipped to the customer, a refund of shipping costs will be provided. ).
