We bring to you the choicest delicacies, sweets, savouries, chips, vattals, pickles, vadams, papadams, masala powders, etc. sourced from Kerala. We are committed to ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains our order policy and how we endeavour to meet our shipping and delivery commitments towards the orders placed by you on our website how we collect. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- Order Policy
- Place your order through www.keralatasteville.com only. Only orders with minimum value of Rs 500/- would be processed.
- We currently only cater to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane locations. On special request by our customers and payment of full shipping charges, we can arrange to ship the orders to any other domestic location in India or foreign location as per customer preference.
- South Indian Sweets to be ordered atleast 3 (Three) days in advance of requirement.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, the weight and dimensions of the items in your order and your shipping address. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email or message.
- Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Delivery
We will endeavour to fulfil all orders placed within 3 to 4 days of receiving the order for the current 3 location stated above. In case of shortage of inventory or delay in delivery, the same will be promptly communicated to our customers through email or whatsapp.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within a reasonable time frame, please contact our customer support, and we will assist in tracking the shipment or arranging a replacement.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and contents and contact our customer support promptly within a day of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
